  تحلیل تازه‌ترین گزارش سازمان ملل درباره هدف ۱۳ توسعه پایدار (اقلیم) 🔹 مقدمه سازمان ملل در تازه‌ترین گزارش خود درباره «هدف ۱۳ توسعه پایدار» با عنوان Climate Action اعلام کرده است : « زمان اقدام برای مردم و سیاره فرا رسیده است .» اما واقعیت این است که سیاره زمین مدت‌هاست خودش برای خودش اقدام می‌کند — از ذوب یخ‌های قطبی تا طوفان‌های غیرقابل پیش‌بینی. درحالی‌که سیاستمداران هنوز مشغول وعده و عکس یادگاری‌اند، زمین دیگر منتظر نمی‌ماند . طنز ماجرا آن‌جاست که سازمان ملل در این گزارش می‌گوید : « برای دستیابی به عدالت اجتماعی و توسعه انسانی باید میان انسان، طبیعت و سیاست پیوند برقرار شود .» اما گویا هنوز کسی یادش نرفته که «سیاست» همان چیزی است که اغلب این پیوند را قطع کرده است ! 🔹 تحلیل این گزارش از زاویه‌ای هشداردهنده سخن می‌گوید: جهان در مسیر دستیابی به اهداف اقلیمی عقب مانده است . افزایش دمای جهانی، تشدید خشکسالی‌ها، مهاجرت‌های اقلیمی، و نابرابری‌های زیست‌محیطی، همه نشانه‌هایی هستند از یک واقعیت تلخ : برنامه‌ها نوشته می‌شوند، اما اجرا نمی‌شوند . ...
